Annual vet visit
Cinnamon and Brinco went in for their annual check-up yesterday. They're totally fine, but Cinnamon has gained half a pound (and Brinco nearly that much) in the last year. I'm not sure why -- we haven't increased their treat intake all that much (they get more fresh fruit than in the past, but in small amounts), and in fact, we cut out carrots a while back (which they were getting at every meal). Plus, Cinnamon gets a lot of exercise running around the house. I'm going to blame Alicia and her evil treat-giving ways.So we're reducing the amount of pellets they get. Even though they maintained their weight on that exact same pellet ration for over a year, we'll see if less than 1/4 cup each is a more appropriate amount.
Just to be clear -- they are not overweight according to the vet. They just should not gain any more.
And yes, I did get many foot flicks when we got back from the vet.
